Next Day Delivery - UK only

We can also offer to deliver your goods by Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day Service. The costs for this service are based on the weight of the item(s) and can be viewed when you select Next Day Delivery from within the shopping cart.

Next day delivery is not available to the Channel Islands. Next day delivery is not available on UK Bank Holidays and is not guaranteed to the Isle of Wight, Isle of Man and remote parts of Scotland.

International Delivery - Europe

Parcels for delivery in Europe are sent using the ‘signed for’ Airmail Service. This applies to parcels of up to 2kg in weight. If your goods weigh more than this, please contact the shop directly and we will be able to advise.

International parcels for delivery outside Europe are sent using the ‘signed for’ Airmail Service. This applies to parcels of up to 2kg in weight. If your goods weigh more than this, please contact the shop directly and we will be able to advise.

Prices

All prices on our website include UK VAT.  If you live in an area where you don't pay VAT (i.e. non EU countries) then the VAT will be deducted automatically once you go to the 'checkout'.

Returns

We offer a refund or exchange on any unworn, undamaged item within 7 days of the receipt of the goods (this does not affect your statutory rights).

If the goods are being returned because they are unsuitable, then the cost of postage when returning the goods is to be paid by you. If the goods are being returned because they are faulty, we will pay the cost of returning the item – upon receipt of the item we will refund you the full amount paid including the postage.

We recommend you use a registered postal service to return your item. We will not be held liable for the cost of lost parcels.

Cancellations

Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days. If you wish to cancel and you have not yet received the goods please either phone the shop on 017687 73035 or email info@alexandrasofkeswick.com.
If the order has been dispatched then you will need to return the cancelled item(s) at your own expense to the address above.
